About the Zen Series, Canyon and Echo Ridge

J Josephson is a commercial wallcovering manufacturer. Several of the designs here are described by the maker as part of its Vycon range. The Zen Series and Canyon are both described in those terms on our product pages. Echo Ridge is listed under J Josephson without further series detail, so we describe it by design only.

Our product pages do not state roll width or fire rating, so please ask us for the data sheet for your project.

The designs

The Zen Series

The Zen Series has three patterns inspired by traditional Japanese gardens. They use mirrored elements of colour and likeness, so the three can be combined on one project.

-

- Zen Grain Wallpaper: a gentle sand-like texture.

- Zen Garden Wallpaper: flowing lines that capture delicate ripples in water.

- Zen Garden Grand Wallpaper: the same idea at a more expressive scale, with accentuated curved motifs.

Canyon and Canyon Clay

!["Canyon]("https://www.goodrichglobal.com/singapore/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/canyon-1.jpg")
Canyon wallpaper.

Canyon Clay has a raw, layered texture that echoes the stone it is modelled on. Its partner, Canyon, takes its character from hand-carved stone, with organic shapes and grooves that lead the eye on a grand scale. Both use mineral-based palettes. Wolf-Gordon lists Canyon in the Vycon collection as a Type II vinyl wallcovering.

Echo Ridge

Echo Ridge is designed to recall mountain vistas. Its horizontal organic motifs enhance the spatial perception of airiness and openness, and the interplay of shadows and highlights gives it depth. Momentum lists it in its Symphony collection as a commercial wallcovering.

Where they work in Singapore

Our product pages tag the Zen Series for commercial, hospitality, institutional, eco-friendly and residential use. That covers a lot of ground in Singapore.

-

- Hotels and serviced residences. Corridors, lift lobbies and guestroom headboard walls are typical places to consider these designs.

- Offices and clinics. Calm patterns suit reception areas, meeting rooms and waiting rooms. For healthcare projects, read our guide to eco-friendly wallcovering for healthcare interiors.

- Homes. Echo Ridge and Canyon are listed as residential.

- Light. Review samples under your own lighting, since shadow is the main feature of these designs.

Choosing between them

Zen Grain has the gentlest texture of the group. Zen Garden and Zen Garden Grand add movement through curved lines.

Canyon and Canyon Clay have a mineral, earthy character. Echo Ridge is the lighter, more open design, described as enhancing the perception of airiness and openness.

As these designs rely on shadow and relief, look at samples in daylight and under your intended lighting. Ask us about the colourways you are considering, as the range of colours differs between designs.

Styling ideas

-

- Use the three Zen patterns together: Zen Grain on the main walls, Zen Garden behind a reception desk, Zen Garden Grand on one feature wall.

- Pair Canyon Clay with pale oak-look flooring and linen curtains for a mineral palette.

- Keep furniture simple so that the shadow detail stays visible.
