Teledirect operates customer-engagement and contact-centre services from offices in Singapore, where large open-plan floors house teams working in close proximity throughout the day. The workplace fit-out required a floor finish suited to sustained foot traffic and the acoustic demands of a busy operations environment.<\/p>\n

Carpet was specified for the Teledirect office to soften ambient noise across densely occupied floors, an important consideration in a contact-centre setting where many staff speak on calls simultaneously.
