Hospital flooring specification operates at one of the most regulated intersections in commercial flooring — clinical compliance, slip-and-fall liability, infection-control protocol compatibility, and the day-to-day operational continuity hospital facilities demand.<\/p>\n

Goodrich Specification<\/h2>\n

Armstrong Medintech Plus vinyl flooring was specified across designated clinical and circulation zones. Medintech Plus combines Diamond 10 antimicrobial coating (anti-bacterial, anti-fungal), excellent chemical resistance (compatible with bleach-based and quaternary-ammonium cleaning regimes), and the colour fastness clinical environments require for sustained appearance over their service life. Its homogeneous construction wears evenly and can be heat-welded into a continuous, easily sanitised surface that resists the ingress of fluids and contaminants.<\/p>\n

That homogeneous build also means the colour and pattern run through the full thickness, so the floor keeps its appearance as the surface wears rather than revealing a worn backing.
