The Island Shangri-La is a luxury hotel in Admiralty, Hong Kong, occupying the upper floors of Pacific Place and known for its grand, art-filled interiors. A property of this stature requires floor and wall finishes that together convey opulence while performing under continuous, high-end use.<\/p>\n

The specification combined carpet and wallcovering from Goodrich Global’s portfolios. Luxury hospitality carpet brings underfoot comfort, acoustic softness and a rich visual base to guest rooms and corridors, while premium wallcovering adds texture and depth to feature walls and public areas. Together they create a coordinated, durable scheme befitting a five-star hotel.<\/p>\n

Dense carpet pile absorbs footfall and noise across guest floors, and textured wallcoverings catch light to add depth to grand public spaces, with both selected to withstand the heavy use a landmark hotel sees.
