Project Overview

This project involved a private residence at Reflections at Keppel Bay, the waterfront condominium in Singapore. The interior brief sought distinctive, high-end wall finishes to match the development’s premium architectural pedigree, with surfaces that would feel as considered as the building itself and stand comparison with its landmark design.

Goodrich Global supplied Elitis, Omexco and Harlequin wallcoverings for the project.

Goodrich Specification

Elitis and Omexco are both prestigious European houses known for their textural, often hand-finished wallcoverings in natural fibres, metallics and embossed surfaces, lending a layered, luxurious quality to feature walls that catches and shapes light across the day. Harlequin adds a designer pattern library that complements these textures with painterly motifs and considered colourways, broadening the palette the designer could draw on.

Used together across different rooms, the three collections let the designer compose a varied yet cohesive palette of textures and patterns, moving from tactile feature walls to patterned accents without the scheme feeling disjointed. As wallcoverings, these surfaces resist everyday wear better than paint and hold up well in Singapore’s humid, coastal climate, where moisture and salt air can challenge lesser finishes. Their tactile depth and craftsmanship bring a richness no painted wall could match in a residence of this standing. Drawing on several premium houses also gives the designer the freedom to reserve the most precious textures for the rooms that warrant them, while pacing the scheme so the apartment feels collected and intentional rather than uniform.

Project Outcome

The completed apartment gained a richly textured, gallery-quality interior befitting a luxury waterfront address. Goodrich Global represents many of the world’s leading wallcovering brands, giving Singapore’s designers and homeowners access to premium finishes for high-end residential interiors.
