Residential
Pantai Indah Kapuk Residence, Indonesia
Project Overview
Pantai Indah Kapuk Residence is a private home set within one of North Jakarta’s most established waterfront residential enclaves in Indonesia. The brief called for a wall finish that would bring warmth and refined texture to the living spaces while standing up to the demands of daily family life.
Goodrich Global supplied the wallcovering for this residence, specifically the BN Caravagio collection.
Goodrich Specification
BN Caravagio was chosen for its layered, tactile surface and considered palette, qualities that lend depth to residential interiors without overwhelming a room. A textural finish of this kind catches light softly and gives walls a sense of craft, complementing rather than competing with furnishings in a refined living space.
As a vinyl-backed wallcovering it offers practical resilience for a lived-in home, resisting marks and everyday wear far more readily than paint, while remaining straightforward to wipe down and maintain. Its construction also copes with the humidity of a coastal setting, holding its adhesion and appearance where a painted wall might show wear sooner, and resisting the staining that warm, moist air can encourage. The wipe-clean surface keeps living areas presentable through daily family use, while the depth of the pattern conceals minor knocks and substrate imperfections. Used across the principal living spaces, the collection gives the home a coherent, considered backdrop that ties the interior together.
Project Outcome
The completed walls give the residence a quietly luxurious character that complements its waterfront setting, balancing tactile richness with the durability of a family home. Goodrich Global supports residential and design clients across Indonesia with curated wallcovering ranges and the technical guidance needed to specify them with confidence.
