Residential
Residential home in Laurel Wood Avenue, Singapore
Project Overview
This project was a private residential home along Laurel Wood Avenue in Singapore, where the owners wanted decorative wall finishes to bring personality and warmth to the interior spaces. The aim was a home that felt individually styled rather than uniformly painted throughout, with rooms that each carried a distinct mood while still belonging to a single, considered scheme.
Goodrich Global supplied Harlequin and Premierwall wallcoverings for the project.
Goodrich Specification
Harlequin contributes designer patterns and rich colourways ideal for feature walls and statement rooms, allowing each space to carry its own character and mood. Premierwall offers a practical, hard-wearing wallcovering for the broader run of walls, providing a consistent, easy-to-maintain finish that stands up to daily household use in busier areas such as hallways and living rooms.
Pairing a designer line with a durable workhorse range let the homeowner achieve a high-impact look in key areas while keeping the rest of the home robust and cohesive, and helped balance budget across the project. Both surfaces are well suited to the local humidity, wiping clean and holding their colour where paint might mark, peel or fade over time. The combination gives the home both expressive feature spaces and dependable everyday walls, with finishes chosen to suit how each room is actually used. Directing the designer line to bedrooms and living areas while the durable range carries hallways and high-contact zones makes the most of each, so the impactful patterns are seen where they matter and the hardest-working walls are the most resilient.
Project Outcome
The result is a warm, individually styled home with wall finishes that wear well over time. Goodrich Global supports residential projects across Singapore with a wide spectrum of wallcoverings, from designer collections to dependable everyday ranges.
