JustCo at The Collective, Singapore
Project Overview
JustCo at The Collective is one of JustCo’s flagship Singapore co-working locations, operating at the intersection of corporate-office performance and hospitality-grade member experience. Co-working briefs combine open-plan density, acoustic comfort, and brand expression at scale — three demands traditional office specifications rarely address at once, and which directly shape how members rate the space.
Goodrich Global supplied a coordinated specification across hand-tufted rugs, acoustic wallcovering, decorative wallcovering, carpet tile, and vinyl flooring.
Goodrich Specification
Acoustic wallcovering and Zintra acoustic panels were specified across the open-plan workspace to manage reverberation in a high-density occupant environment. Hard surfaces and exposed services would otherwise lift background noise and erode concentration, the most common complaint in dense flexible workspace. The acoustic specification was integrated with carpet tile across the work zones, adding further absorption underfoot while keeping design-language flexibility for layout reconfiguration, since individual tiles can be lifted and reset as desk arrangements change. Vinyl plank carried the transition and food-and-beverage zones, where it withstands the churn, spills, and frequent cleaning those areas attract without showing the wear a softer finish would.
Hand-tufted rugs were specified as accent flooring in lounge and reception zones, delivering the tactile and visual softness that distinguishes premium co-working from commodity flexible workspace. Hand-tufted construction allows bespoke pattern and an extended palette, anchoring the lounges as designed moments rather than mere circulation. Decorative wallcovering completed the scheme across feature wall positions, with brand-expression imagery woven into the visual language.
Project Outcome
The JustCo at The Collective specification is in operational service across the property. The project illustrates Goodrich’s capability to coordinate the full co-working specification — acoustic, flooring, soft furnishing, and decorative — through a single supply-and-installation chain, simplifying both the fit-out programme and the operator’s ongoing maintenance.
