  • Choosing the cheapest package without checking scope. A low headline price often means a stripped-down scope with numerous add-ons that inflate the final bill.
  • Not confirming material lead times. Custom cabinetry and imported tiles can take four to eight weeks to arrive. If materials are delayed, the entire project stalls.
  • Overlooking ventilation. Both the kitchen and bathrooms need effective exhaust systems. Ensure the package includes appropriately rated cooker hoods and bathroom exhaust fans.
