Commercial
Toa Payoh Biz Hub, Singapore
Project Overview
Toa Payoh Biz Hub is a commercial workplace development in Singapore where office interiors needed practical, hard-wearing floor finishes able to support daily business use across a multi-tenant building. With layouts and occupiers changing over time, the flooring had to remain durable and easy to adapt throughout the building’s working life.
Goodrich Global supplied Voxfloor and Premierfloor carpet tiles for the project, specifying modular flooring suited to a busy office environment.
Goodrich Specification
The Voxfloor and Premierfloor carpet tile ranges are designed for commercial workplaces, delivering the abrasion resistance needed under desks, in walkways and across open-plan floors. Their modular format allows individual tiles to be lifted and replaced if damaged or stained, keeping long-term maintenance simple and cost-effective in a building with changing tenancies.
Carpet tiles also contribute usefully to office acoustics, absorbing footfall and reducing reverberation across open work areas to support concentration. The tile format speeds installation and provides ready access to underfloor services, which is valuable where cabling and layouts change between tenants and fit-outs are reworked over time.
Project Outcome
The carpet tiles give Toa Payoh Biz Hub a durable, easily maintained and acoustically considered office floor that adapts well to the changing needs of commercial occupancy. Replaceable tiles keep upkeep efficient over the building’s working life, allowing wear to be addressed locally rather than across entire floors and reducing disruption to tenants.
Goodrich Global supplies modular carpet tiles to workplaces across Singapore, matching wear performance and replaceability to the realities of commercial occupancy, with specification support for office fit-outs of every scale.
