Project Overview
This project was the Tokio Marine office at Menara Hap Seng 3 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a corporate workplace, the fit-out required flooring that reinforced a professional brand image while delivering the acoustic performance and durability expected in a modern office environment.

Goodrich Specification
The specification combined three Goodfloor carpet lines: Urban Light, Urban Field and Street. Using complementary ranges together allowed the design team to differentiate zones across the office, varying tone and texture to mark out workstations, meeting areas and circulation while maintaining a coordinated, contract-grade floor. This subtle zoning helps organise the floor plate and guide movement without the cost or rigidity of built partitions.
As commercial carpet, these lines provide sound absorption for a calmer workplace, dampening footfall and the background hum of an active office so staff can concentrate and converse comfortably. Their hard-wearing surface is built for sustained office traffic, resisting the crushing and soiling that erode appearance over time and keeping the floor presentable between cleaning cycles.
