Mandai Pet Sanctuary, Singapore

Project Overview

This project involved the Mandai Pet Sanctuary in Singapore, part of the Mandai precinct’s animal-focused developments. Public-facing spaces of this kind need wall finishes that are welcoming and visually engaging while standing up to high visitor traffic and the regular cleaning a busy attraction requires.

For this project, Goodrich Global supplied Eijffinger wallcovering for the interior.

Goodrich Specification

Eijffinger wallcovering was specified to add character and a considered design quality to the sanctuary’s walls, supporting an inviting visitor atmosphere through its distinctive patterns and finishes. The collection’s design depth helps the interior feel curated and engaging rather than purely functional, reinforcing the venue’s identity and sense of place.

A commercial-grade wallcovering offers a wipe-clean, hard-wearing surface that withstands the brushing, contact and occasional knocks of a busy public venue. It holds its colour and texture far better than paint under constant use and Singapore’s humid conditions, resisting marking and surface scuffs while remaining simple to maintain between cleaning cycles, an important quality where visitor numbers are high.

Project Outcome

The finished walls give the sanctuary an attractive, durable backdrop suited to a public attraction, balancing visual warmth with the resilience a high-footfall venue requires. The surface keeps its fresh appearance through sustained visitor use, helping the space remain welcoming without demanding frequent redecoration.

Goodrich Global supplies wallcovering to attractions, leisure and public venues across Singapore, drawing on collections such as Eijffinger to combine design appeal with practical performance, supported by specification advice for high-traffic interiors.
