Project Overview
“Peace & Prosperity” is a Chinese drama series produced by Mediacorp, Singapore’s national broadcaster. Drama sets recreate believable environments under studio lighting and are built and struck to tight production timelines, placing particular demands on the finishes used and on the supplier behind them.
For this project, Goodrich Global supplied wallcovering, carpet and flooring for the set.
Goodrich Specification
Wallcovering was specified to dress set walls with realistic texture and colour that photograph convincingly on camera, avoiding the flatness and glare that can betray a set under lighting. Carpet added warmth to the scene and helped dampen footstep and ambient noise on the studio floor, supporting cleaner sound capture during filming.
Flooring completed each setting with a durable, presentable surface that reads correctly on camera across angles. Together these finishes install efficiently for fast set construction yet remain robust enough to survive the handling, rigging and reconfiguration that episodic production routinely involves between scenes and shooting days.

The combined finishes gave the production credible, camera-ready environments delivered to the broadcaster’s schedule, allowing the design team to source coordinated materials from a single supplier rather than managing several.
