Project Overview

The Masons Table is a Singapore F&B concept whose interior specification balances the cleanability and durability of restaurant operations against the design ambition of a contemporary dining destination. Such interiors face a layered brief: continuous customer traffic, food and beverage spillage, frequent cleaning, and the brand atmosphere that drives return visits all bear on the same surfaces at once.

Goodrich Global supplied Sangetsu CLEAS glass film and Novaclick vinyl plank across the property.

Goodrich Specification

Sangetsu CLEAS glass film was specified for glazed elevations to resolve three concerns through one application. It delivers UV protection, since interior textiles and finishes degrade under direct sun; glare management, because low-angle light crosses diner sightlines at lunch and dinner service; and decorative pattern expression on storefront and partition surfaces. A single film answers all three, applied to the existing glazing without altering the architecture or adding competing treatments.

Novaclick vinyl plank was specified for the dining floor. It is anti-slip rated for food-service spillage, water-resistant for cleaning chemistry, easy to maintain for daily housekeeping, and SGBC-certified for sustainability documentation. The anti-slip rating matters where spills are routine and staff move at pace, while the water resistance lets the floor be cleaned aggressively without swelling or lifting at the joints. The click-system installation supported the fitting-out programme without subfloor strip-out, keeping the schedule tight.

Project Outcome

The Masons Table specification is in operational service, holding its slip performance and appearance under daily trading. The project demonstrates Goodrich’s capability to support F&B operators with coordinated glass film and vinyl flooring specifications that answer the multiple, competing briefs restaurant interiors actually face.
