Medical Suite, Singapore

Project Overview

This medical suite supports a Singapore private clinical practice, with the specification breadth typical of a contemporary specialist fit-out. The brief spanned clinical wet zones, patient consultation rooms, reception and waiting areas, and back-of-house clinical support spaces. Each zone carries distinct technical demands that the specification had to reconcile within a single, coherent visual scheme.

Goodrich Global supplied roller blinds, REATEC adhesive film, homogeneous vinyl sheet, and carpet tile across the suite.

Goodrich Specification

The suite combined four complementary specifications:

  • Roller blinds for window privacy and glare control in consultation and treatment rooms, where light management supports both patient comfort and clinical procedures.
  • Sangetsu REATEC architectural adhesive film for joinery and feature surfaces, supporting brand expression and quick-refresh capability without disturbing the underlying clinical fit-out.
  • Homogeneous vinyl sheet flooring in clinical and wet zones, where its through-colour construction, slip resistance, chemical resistance, and antimicrobial performance meet stringent infection-control standards and tolerate frequent disinfection.
  • Carpet tile in reception, waiting, and administrative zones, adding acoustic comfort and a warmer, residential-grade visual quality that softens the patient-facing experience.

This integrated palette covers the full clinical and patient-experience brief through one coordinated specification, the model Goodrich routinely delivers for medical-suite work. Matching each material to its zone, rather than imposing a single finish throughout, lets the suite meet demanding hygiene standards in treatment areas while keeping front-of-house spaces warm and reassuring.

Project Outcome

The medical suite specification is in operational service, balancing clinical performance against a calm, considered patient environment. The flooring withstands trolleys, frequent disinfection and the heavy point loads of clinical equipment without surface breakdown, while the carpeted zones temper acoustics so consultations stay private and comfortable.

The project illustrates Goodrich’s capability to support specialist medical fit-outs with coordinated specifications across multiple product categories, all delivered through a single supply-and-installation chain that simplifies procurement, sequencing and accountability for the practice.
