Project Overview
Orchard Scotts is a serviced apartment development near Singapore’s Orchard Road, providing extended-stay residences that blend the comforts of home with hotel-style finishes. The interior brief called for decorative, durable wall finishes suited to repeated occupancy and the changing needs of longer-staying guests. Surfaces had to feel domestic and reassuring for residents settling in for weeks at a time, yet perform like commercial finishes under the demands of a managed property.
