Project Overview

Singapore’s growing aged-care sector has driven specification standards higher across both new-build and adaptive-reuse projects.

Goodrich Specification
Antimicrobial vinyl flooring was specified for clinical and circulation zones — appropriate slip-resistance ratings (DIN 51130 R10 minimum, R11 in wet zones), antimicrobial coating, and seamless welded installation supporting the cleaning and hygiene protocols elderly care operations rely on. Wall protection was specified along bed-transit and equipment routes — the wall surfaces in elderly care facilities take continuous trolley contact, mobility-aid impact, and equipment movement. Project Outcome
