Hospitality
Goodrich Suites – Jakarta
Project Overview
Goodrich Suites in Jakarta, Indonesia, is a hospitality property whose interiors were specified with a coordinated wallcovering and fabric scheme. The fit-out called for complementary wall and soft furnishing finishes to deliver a cohesive, refined guest experience.
Goodrich Global supplied the wallcovering and fabrics for the property, dressing both the walls and the soft furnishings.
Goodrich Specification
The interiors combine Goodrich Global wallcovering and fabrics. The wallcovering provides a durable, easily maintained wall finish suited to the daily wear of a hotel, presenting a wipeable surface that withstands brushing-past and repeated cleaning across guest-facing spaces while adding texture and warmth to the rooms.
The fabrics dress soft furnishings such as upholstery and drapery, tying the scheme together and softening the rooms both visually and acoustically, since textiles help absorb sound and add a tactile sense of comfort. Coordinating both elements through a single supplier helped maintain consistency of tone and quality across walls and furnishings, so the guest-facing spaces read as one considered design rather than a set of separately sourced parts. This single-source approach also simplifies future replacement and upkeep across a property that must hold to consistent brand standards, helping the operator refresh worn elements without compromising the overall look.
The specification therefore delivers a unified, hospitality-grade interior across multiple finish types. Drawing wallcovering and fabric from one source allowed tones, textures and quality to be reconciled at the specification stage, giving the guest-facing spaces the seamless, intentional feel that distinguishes a well-resolved hospitality interior.
Project Outcome
The completed scheme gives Goodrich Suites a unified, well-finished interior across walls and soft furnishings that holds up under hospitality use. Goodrich Global supports hospitality projects across Indonesia and the region with both wallcovering and fabric collections, enabling coordinated specification from a single source.
