Singapore’s Ministry of Education building serves as the operational headquarters for the country’s education system, housing policy, curriculum, examinations, and operational teams supporting Singapore’s primary, secondary, and tertiary education sectors. Government-sector interiors balance the institutional specification standards expected of public infrastructure with the workplace-experience briefs supporting the staff who deliver public services.

Goodrich Specification
The specification covered carpet tile, wallcovering, and complementary surface materials appropriate to a government workplace serving education-policy delivery.
