Sedona Hotel Yangon
Project Overview
Sedona Hotel Yangon is a landmark hospitality property in Myanmar, serving business and leisure guests across its guest rooms, corridors and public spaces. An interior of this calibre relies on a coordinated material palette to deliver comfort, durability and a consistent sense of refinement throughout, so that every space feels part of one considered whole.
Goodrich Global supplied the wallcovering, fabric and carpet for this project.
Goodrich Specification
The combination of wallcovering, fabric and carpet allowed a fully integrated finish across the hotel. Wallcovering brings durable, textured surfaces to walls in high-traffic guest and public areas, resisting the scuffing and luggage contact these spaces endure while presenting a refined face. Fabric dresses soft furnishings and window treatments with warmth and tactile quality, holding its appearance through frequent guest use.
Carpet adds underfoot comfort, acoustic control and a layer of pattern that anchors each space, dampening footfall through corridors and lounges so quiet carries between rooms. Drawn from a single source, the three elements share a coordinated palette and meet the performance and aesthetic demands of a continuously operating hotel, simplifying procurement and ongoing replacement. Specifying across all three categories together also lets colours and textures be tuned to complement one another rather than coordinated after the fact. A single supplier can keep that palette consistent from guest rooms to corridors and lounges, and stand behind the performance of each element across a property that operates continuously.
Project Outcome
The coordinated specification gives Sedona Hotel Yangon a cohesive, hospitable interior that supports its reputation. Goodrich Global supplies hotels across Myanmar and the wider region with complete interior furnishing packages spanning wallcovering, fabric and carpet, all backed by hospitality-grade specification support.
